The role involves developing new collections, creating sketches, selecting fabrics, and working closely with the production team to ensure high-quality finished garments.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop innovative clothing designs for seasonal and custom collections.

• Create detailed sketches, illustrations, and technical drawings.

• Conduct market and trend research to stay updated with current fashion styles.

• Select appropriate fabrics, colors, patterns, and trims for each design.

• Collaborate with pattern makers, tailors, and production teams for sample development.

• Review samples, make necessary adjustments, and finalize designs.

• Ensure designs align with brand identity and customer expectations.

• Manage the design process from concept to final production.

• Attend fashion events, exhibitions, or client meetings when required.

• Maintain documentation of designs, mood boards, and design sheets.
