Technician

Job Requirements:

•  Perform daily / monthly / annual maintenance of MV & LV switchgears , MV/LV circuit breakers, APFC panels, RTPFC panels, Battery chargers and battery banks.

•  Should be able to perform maintenance work of HT & LT motors & MOV’s

•  Should have basic knowledge of Electrical control wiring and automation systems.

•  Should have experience in working on Heat tracer system.

•  Should have basic knowledge of VFD/Soft starters and their application.

•  Should have an ability to identify and troubleshoot the malfunctions, replacing parts and components.

•  Should have experience of handling shift activities, Operation of DG & Gas Turbines, AHU, etc.

•  Utilizing shears, power saws, cutting torches, and chipper knives to cut structural components as needed.

•  Creating a suitable maintenance schedule and performing system maintenance accordingly.

•  Conducting diagnostic testing on malfunctioning systems to determine the root cause of the malfunction.

•  Replacing damaged or defective structural components as needed.

•  Should be familiar with safety procedures while carrying out electrical work.

•  Keep good Coordination and Communication, good relationship with Team members and Client members.

•  Updating preventive Maintenance checklists of electrical equipment’s
