ITI Electrician

1. Perform power wiring and control wiring as per electrical drawings.

2. Ensure proper wire routing, dressing, ferruling, and termination.

3. Conduct continuity tests, insulation tests (megger), and functional testing.

4. Test control logic, interlocks, and I/O checks (if PLC-based).

5. Identify and rectify wiring mistakes or loose connections.

6. Fabricate mounting plates, cutouts, gland plates if required.

7. Install cable trays, terminations, and busbar support.

8. Install panels at customer site.

9. Coordinate with site engineers and customers.

10. Wiring panels needs daily consistent work style.

11. Should follow SOPs, safety rules, and company standards without shortcuts.

12. He should stay alert, think practically and act responsibly.
