JD: Electroplating Engineer

1. Plan and manage electroplating operations for Zinc, Brass, and Nickel plating.

2. Set up and monitor electroplating equipment and tanks.

3. Prepare and maintain chemical solutions as per standard operating procedures.

4. Inspect and control the thickness, brightness, and adhesion of plated materials.

5.Troubleshoot plating defects (e.g., pitting, peeling, discoloration).

6. Maintain documentation for bath analysis, plating parameters, and quality control.

7. Monitor and adjust bath composition (pH, temperature, voltage, current).

8. Ensure safe handling of chemicals and compliance with environmental standards.
