About the Role:

The Social Lite Podcast is a fast-growing YouTube talk show featuring India’s most interesting voices in business, entertainment, content creation, and more. As we scale, we’re looking for a Guest Coordinator to manage the complete guest booking process – from outreach to post-interview communication.

This is a core role in our content operations – ideal for someone who’s organized, people-savvy, and passionate about digital media.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and shortlist high-potential guests for the show

• Reach out to potential guests via email, phone, or social platforms

• Manage guest scheduling, confirmations, and calendar coordination

• Prepare briefs, bios, and background notes for the host and team

• Handle all guest-related logistics (onboarding, arrival, release forms)

• Maintain a well-organized CRM/database of past and upcoming guests

• Act as the point of contact for guests before, during, and after shoots

Who You Are:

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (spoken + written)

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Confident reaching out to high-profile individuals professionally

• Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets etc.

• Prior experience in podcasting, media, talent management, PR, or event coordination is a plus

• Passionate about YouTube, podcasts, and India’s digital creator economy
