Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Delivery Boy to join our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up parcels from the warehouse or store.

• Deliver products to customers at scheduled locations.

• Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures.

• Handle COD (Cash on Delivery) payments safely.

• Maintain delivery records and update order status in the app.

• Follow the delivery routes and time schedules.

• Ensure parcels are handled carefully and delivered in good condition.

• Maintain good communication with dispatch and support teams.

• Provide polite and professional customer interactions.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 8th pass / 10th pass (depends on company requirement).

• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

• Ability to use a smartphone and delivery apps.

• Good knowledge of local routes and areas.

• Strong time management and reliability.

• Physically fit to lift parcels (up to 10–15 kg when required).

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts (Full-time / Part-time depending on company).

• Weekends & holiday availability may be required.
