Hiring: Customer Support & Client Handling Executive
Location: Mumbai (On-Site)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We are looking for confident and professional female candidates with experience in Customer Support, Sales Follow-ups, Telecalling, and Back-end Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries and provide support
• Follow up with leads and assist in sales closure
• Coordinate with clients and maintain professional communication
• Manage customer records and updates
• Support back-end operational activities
• Maintain follow-up trackers and reports
• Coordinate internally with teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
• Female candidates only
• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Sales Follow-up, Back-end Operations, or related roles
• Experience in Teleperformance, customer support centers, BPOs, or similar environments will be preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English communication skills
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
