Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Role & Responsibilities🎯 Main Objective:Client ke saath strong relationship maintain karna, unki requirement samajhna, aur ensure karna ki unka kaam sahi time par aur satisfaction ke saath complete ho.📋 Key Responsibilities:Client Communication:Clients ke calls aur messages handle karna.Unhe GeM-related updates aur unke ongoing work ka status batana.New services ke baare me unhe inform karna (renewal, bid plan, etc.).Work Coordination:Internal team (Telecaller, DEO, Tender Executive, etc.) ke sath coordinate karke client ka kaam timely deliver karwana.Client ke documents aur requirement sahi format me team tak pahunchana.Follow-Up & Renewal:Clients se timely payment aur renewal ke follow-ups lena.Existing clients ke satisfaction check karna aur feedback lena.Customer Satisfaction:Clients ke issues ya complaints ko politely aur professional tarike se solve karna.Unka trust aur long-term relation maintain karna.Record Management:Client ke communication, payment, aur service records maintain karna (Excel/CRM Sheet me).Daily report dena — kis client se baat hui, kya update mila, next action kya hai.🧠 Required Skills:Communication aur convincing skills strong hone chahiyeGeM Portal ki basic knowledge (training di jayegi)Polite, professional aur responsible behaviorBasic Excel aur WhatsApp handling🕒 Work Goal:“Every client should feel that our company is personally taking care of their GeM account.”
