Job Title: Telecaller / Call Center Executive

Job Description / Responsibilities:

1. Inbound / Outbound Calls:

   • Communicate with existing and potential customers over the phone.

   • Provide information about products or services.

2. Lead Generation:

   • Call potential customers to generate leads.

   • Gather customer interest and relevant details.

3. Customer Support:

   • Address customer queries and complaints professionally.

   • Collect feedback and maintain records.

4. Sales / Promotions:

   • Promote products or services during calls.

   • Achieve sales or booking targets through telecalling.

5. Data Management:

   • Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the database.

   • Prepare call reports regularly.

6. Target Achievement:

   • Meet the assigned call or sales targets within deadlines.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional language.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

• Persuasive and confident with a professional phone manner.

• Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass (Some companies prefer Graduation).

Work Environment:

• Office-based or remote (depends on the company).

• Fixed working hours, sometimes in shifts.
