Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Outbound Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The candidate is responsible for sourcing and hiring of Delivery Executives as well ensure a smooth and hassle-free onboarding process for the new joinees. reaching out to potential customers and to onboard riders on swiggy/ blinkit and ability to meet set targets.

Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed individual and team-based sales targets or KPIs.

Follow up on leads, renewals, or any other follow-up tasks.

Compliance:

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Ensure confidentiality of customer data and abide by privacy laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferable).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented, with the ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
