Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.

• Explain project details, offers, and property information clearly and persuasively.

• Maintain daily call records, customer databases, and follow-up schedules.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about our services.

• Convert interested prospects into qualified leads for the sales team.

• Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive brand experience during calls.

• Record customer feedback and share insights with the management team.

• Achieve weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.

• Experience: 0.5 – 2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred (real estate experience is a plus).

• Skills:

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, data entry).
