Position Overview

Jiva Ayurveda is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers (Full-Time & Part-Time) to join our team. The ideal candidates should possess good communication skills and be comfortable managing outbound and inbound calls. Freshers with strong interpersonal abilities are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally.

• Provide accurate information about products and services.

• Maintain call logs and update customer information in the database.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure.

• Meet daily/weekly calling targets as assigned by the team lead.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge preferred.

• Freshers can apply; training will be provided.

• Ability to work Monday to Saturday.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month (based on performance & experience)

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
