We are looking for a dedicated and confident Female Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to make recruitment calls for hiring new security guards, maintain records in Excel, and support the recruitment team with scheduling and coordination.
Make outbound calls to potential candidates for security guard positions.
Explain job requirements, responsibilities, and company policies to candidates.
Maintain and update candidate data in MS Excel and prepare daily call reports.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with the HR/recruitment team.
Follow up with interested candidates and handle inquiries professionally.
Female candidate only.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Must be proficient in MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, reports).
Prior experience in telecalling or recruitment will be preferred.
Confident, polite, and good at convincing skills.
