Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service / telecaller to oversee and manage Customer Service requests, ensuring smooth operations The ideal candidate will coordinate support activities, streamline workflows, and enhance service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for IT service requests and escalations.

• Coordinate IT support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Monitor and maintain service desk performance and SLAs.

• Document service requests, incidents, and resolutions in CRM

• Communicate effectively with end-users and stakeholders to provide updates.

• Assist in IT asset management and procurement coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service

• Familiarity with CRM tools

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

• Energetic & Good Voice
