Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, or regional language (as required).

• Good listening and persuasive skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).

• Positive attitude, patience, and customer-focused approach.

• Prior telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• Prior experience in BPO, telesales, or customer support is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position

• Office-based / Work-from-home (as applicable)
