We are looking for a Sourcing Executive to join our team and handle candidate sourcing, screening profiles, and coordinating with potential candidates for recruitment requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates from job portals, social media, and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome; no prior experience required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve hiring targets.
Comfortable working 6 days a week during the day shift.
