Responsible for policy administration and related services for US/Canada Life Insurance or Annuity policies
Perform routine, recurring processing tasks and quality checks within defined SLAs
Build strong understanding of the assigned process, client business rules, and objectives
Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, regulatory, and project standards
Handle confidential information securely and follow organization security policies
Identify and escalate critical or sensitive customer service issues appropriately
Experience in US Life Insurance or Annuities (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work in evening or night shifts
Basic PC literacy, MS Office knowledge, and email handling
Good typing speed – minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
