• Monitor servers, websites, and network performance
• Handle customer queries via Chat, Email & Calls
• Provide technical and non-technical support to clients
• Troubleshoot basic hosting, website, and connectivity issues
• Escalate critical issues to the technical team when required
• Maintain daily reports and support tickets
• Ensure quick response and resolution time for customer issues
🔹 Skills Required
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Basic technical knowledge of websites, hosting, and networking preferred
• Ability to handle chat support and customer coordination
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ticketing tools
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
