Sutherland is hiring Customer Service Associates for the AT&T Inbound Customer Support Process. The role includes assisting AT&T customers with queries related to services, billing, connectivity, and general support. Handle inbound calls from AT&T customers professionally.
Resolve queries related to plans, billing, network issues, and general service support.
Provide accurate and timely information with a customer-first approach.
Log interactions and maintain proper documentation in the system.
Escalate complex technical or account-related concerns to the appropriate team.
Achieve performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: Experienced BPO candidates preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
Strong English communication is required (international process).
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Flexible for a 5-day work week
Good listening skills and customer-handling ability
