Position Title: International Process (Voice / Non-Voice)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Requirement: Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 18–30 years

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 6+ months of experience in an International Process

• Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)

• Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through inbound/outbound calls and emails (voice and non-voice).

• Provide accurate information and professional support to customers.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.

• Update call logs and maintain records accurately in the system.

Shift Timings

• Female Candidates: Day shift only — any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (includes 1-hour break).

• Male Candidates: Any 9-hour shift in 24×7 rotational shifts.

Language Proficiency & Salary (CTC)

• Fresher:

  • ₹20,000 (in-hand)

  • ₹24,000 CTC + Performance Linked Incentives (PLI)

• Experienced:

  • ₹24,000 (in-hand)

  • ₹28,000 CTC + Performance Linked Incentives (PLI)

• Travel Allowance for night-shift hours.

Important Note

• Casual leaves are not permitted during the first three months of joining.
