Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site)

Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 2:30 AM) | Mon–Fri | Weekends Off

Role Summary:

Handle inbound calls from U.S. healthcare customers with empathy and professionalism. Provide accurate resolutions, maintain records, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

Strong English communication (neutral/U.S. accent preferred)

Min. Qualification: Degree/Graduates/Diploma preferred

Willing to work night shifts
