Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and empathetically

• Resolve customer queries related to products/services, orders, and complaints

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are addressed

• Document and track customer interactions using CRM or internal tools

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 6 months to 1.5 years in customer service/support roles

• Language: Fluency in Kannada is mandatory; knowledge of English/Hindi is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office/CRM systems
