Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests through calls, emails, or chat in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about Livpure products, services, installation, and service processes.
Resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments such as sales and service teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company guidelines, service standards, and quality parameters while handling customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customers professionally.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
Salary & Benefits:
