Customer Service Associate

Role Overview: We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our Voice Customer Support team. The role includes handling customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring an excellent service experience.

📍 Location: MIHAN, Nagpur, Maharashtra

🕘 Shift: 8-hour rotational (between 9 AM – 9 PM)

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000/month

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

✅ Experience: •Minimum 6 months in non voice BPO/customer support
