Job Title: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle client queries, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The candidate should have strong communication skills, follow-up abilities, and experience in maintaining customer data and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Follow up with clients regarding services, complaints, and pending issues
Maintain and update customer records in CRM software
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Support teams for quick issue resolution
Ensure timely response and proper customer support
Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions
Prepare daily/weekly customer reports and follow-up status
Maintain customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional and positive attitude
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
6 Months to 2 Years of experience in CRM / Customer Support / Client Handling preferred
