Job Description:

Role and Tasks: • Client follow-up for repeat orders and new orders •

Create and share effective messages/testimonials/sales relate information with clients •

Process orders with help of operations team

• Converse professionally over WhatsApp, Linked-In, Instagram, write professional emails to record all discussions with the client

• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Qualification: Any Graduate degree Skill: • Excellent communication (written and verbal) • Basic Microsoft Office • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
