We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service – Back Office (Service & Sales | Chat / Non-Voice) team at TTEC.

What You’ll Do:

Handle customer queries through chat

Provide accurate written resolutions

Support both service and sales-related requests

Maintain quality and professionalism in communication

Requirements:

Excellent written English (C1 level)

Strong grammar with zero errors

Basic computer proficiency

Education: 10+3 Diploma / HSC / Graduate (any field)

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Comfortable with rotational shifts
