We’re looking for enthusiastic professionals for an Inbound Voice Process . The role involves assisting customers with queries and service-related requests while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate – Mandatory

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service / Voice Process

• Excellent English communication skills

• Immediate joiners preferred

🕒 Shift & Schedule:

• 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

• Shift Timings:

  • Males: 8 AM – 11 PM (Any 10-hour shift)

  • Females: 8 AM – 8 PM (Any 10-hour shift)

💰 Salary:

• 6 Months Exp: ₹2.94 LPA (≈ ₹22,500 In-hand)

• 1 Year+ Exp: ₹3.42 LPA (≈ ₹26,300 In-hand)
