• Assessment: Versant Level 4 or 5 (as per process requirement)

• Languages: Fluency in English & Hindi (mandatory)

Shifts & Working Days

• Shift Window:

  • Females: 7 AM – 8 PM (Day shift)

  • Males: 7 AM – 12 AM (Rotational shift)

• Working Days: 6 days/week

• Week Off: 1 rotational off

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally.

• Address and resolve customer queries effectively.

• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Document customer interactions in the system with attention to detail.

• Maintain compliance, quality, and process standards.

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi.

• Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts under pressure.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
