Job Description

  • Handle inbound calls and support Airtel Black customers professionally

  • Resolve customer queries and issues quickly and effectively

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Follow quality and process standards consistently

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication in English, Tamil, Hindi & Kannada

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused attitude

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts

Eligibility:

  • Graduation mandatory

Work Schedule:

  • 5 working days a week

  • 2 rotational weekly offs

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 take-home salary

  • Night Shift Allowance

  • Split Shift Allowance
