💼 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

• Address queries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented mindset

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups

• Share timely, relevant information to resolve customer issues

• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and close complex cases

• Achieve performance metrics like call handling time, customer satisfaction & resolution rate.

📌 Job Requirements

• Post Graduate qualification (minimum)

• 6 months–2 years of experience in customer service/BPO

• Strong communication & problem-solving skills

• Ability to work 5 days a week in rotational shifts

• Customer-focused attitude with readiness to learn and grow

💰 Salary Range

₹15,000 – ₹32,000 CTC (based on experience & performance)
