Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person

• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction

• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback

• Stay informed about product/service updates and company policies

• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues

• Uphold a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and efficiency

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications:
