Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join Startek as Customer Support Associates. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and provide accurate information.

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.

• Document customer interactions and update systems accurately.

• Meet performance parameters like quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

• Adhere to process guidelines and company policies.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Regional language).

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Ability to handle customer pressure and maintain patience.

• Problem-solving and active-listening skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
