Location : Agra
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer problems and concerns.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
• Problem-Solving:
• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
• Process Improvement:
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Teamwork:
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate degree
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi. Punjabi language skills are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Confidence and a positive attitude.
Shift Timings:
• Male Candidates: 24x7 shifts
• Female Candidates: 6 AM to 6 PM
Work Schedule:
• 6 days a week
• 9 hours per shift
