Prepare signature ghee roast items including chicken, paneer, mushroom, prawns, and veg variants.
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, spice balance, and presentation.
Handle marination, masala preparation, roasting, and final plating efficiently.
Ensure quick ticket turnaround suitable for QSR operations.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and service team during rush hours.
Manage inventory for spices, ghee, meats, and other ingredients.
Minimize wastage and control food costs.
Support menu innovation and new recipe trials when required.
