The Commi I (Continental) will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of continental dishes including pizzas, pastas, salads, sauces, and related menu items. The role involves supporting the kitchen team in maintaining quality, taste, and presentation standards while always ensuring hygiene and food safety. Prepare and cook continental dishes such as pizzas, pastas, salads, sauces, and other menu items as per recipes and standards. • Assist in daily preparation, and service operations. • Ensure taste, quality, and presentation consistency for all dishes served. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation. • Follow all food hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols. • Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and report any shortages to the senior chef. • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. • Comply with all Roastea kitchen SOPs and company standards.
