Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Commis Chef (Tandoor) to join our kitchen team. The role involves assisting in preparation and cooking of tandoor items like kebabs, breads, and grilled dishes, while maintaining hygiene and kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in marination, grilling, and preparation of tandoor items.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the tandoor station.
Ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Follow hygiene and safety standards.
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in tandoor section preferred (freshers with training may apply).
Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine and kitchen hygiene.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
