Key Responsibilities1. Operational Management
Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics for performance optimization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
2. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage operations staff to enhance productivity and performance.
Conduct regular training, performance evaluations, and skill-development activities.
Maintain a positive and disciplined work environment.
3. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational matters.
Handle escalations, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high client satisfaction.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers as required.
4. Resource Planning
Manage allocation of manpower, equipment, and other operational resources.
Optimize cost efficiency while ensuring service quality.
Maintain inventory, asset management, and procurement records.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and compliance records.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
6. Continuous Improvement
Identify gaps in processes and implement corrective actions.
Drive initiatives for automation, cost reduction, and improved turnaround time.
Support strategic business initiatives and expansion activities.
Qualifications & SkillsEducational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience
5–10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in service-oriented industries.
Skills
Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, MIS reporting, and operational software.
Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
