Role Overview

The Operations Executive will support daily operational workflows, coordinating between sales teams, lender partners, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer applications for loans and financial products within defined timelines.

• Coordinate with sales teams, credit teams, and lenders for documentation and follow-ups.

• Maintain customer records, loan tracking sheets, and internal MIS reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and lender guidelines.

• Monitor application status and escalate or resolve operational bottlenecks.

• Address customer queries related to documentation or loan file status.

• Conduct quality checks to minimize errors or rejections.

• Support branch operations and contribute to monthly targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Any Bachelor’s degree, 0–3 years of experience in operations

• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
