Job Title: MIS Expert (Advanced Excel)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Expert with Advanced Excel skills to manage, analyze, and present business data effectively. The role involves creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and trackers to support decision-making and ensure process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports using Advanced Excel functions.
Create dashboards, pivot tables, charts, and data visualization reports.
Collect, validate, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data reporting.
Perform root-cause analysis and generate insights to support business strategy.
Coordinate with different departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, etc.) for data requirements.
Design Excel-based tools/templates for process tracking and automation.
Troubleshoot reporting issues and recommend process improvements.
Key Skills Required:
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Power Query, Macros, etc.).
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to handle and interpret large sets of data.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MIS/Reporting/Analytics.
Prior experience in handling business data and reporting in Excel is a must.
