The role requires strong expertise in data management, advanced reporting, and dashboard preparation to support sales and management teams with accurate and timely insights.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reportsManage sales, booking, site visit, inventory, and collection data.Create dashboards and analytics using Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BIEnsure data accuracy, validation, and consistencyCoordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, and Operations teams for data inputsTrack targets, performance, conversions, and revenue reportsAutomate reports using advanced formulas and pivot tablesShare insights and summaries with management for decision-makingMaintain proper MIS documentation and data backupsKey Skills RequiredAdvanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Charts)Strong hands-on knowledge of Google SheetsExperience with Power BI (reports & dashboards)Strong analytical and numerical skillsAbility to handle large datasets with accuracy.Good coordination and reporting skillsQualifications & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA/BCA preferred)1-4 years of experience as an MIS Executive Real Estate industry experience preferred
