Job Description:
We are looking for a female Data Entry Operator to handle day-to-day office and accounting-related data entry tasks. The ideal candidate should be accurate, organized, and comfortable working with numbers and invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage invoices (sales, purchase, and general accounts).
Perform data entry for stores, sales, purchases, and accounts records.
Handle computer-generated invoices and maintain filing systems.
Prepare bank deposit slips and assist in basic accounting entries.
Support office coordination and administrative work as needed.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in data entry or accounts support.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic accounting software (Tally preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
