Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of fabrics, stock levels, and sales transactions.

Enter and update data related to product details, pricing, and inventory.

Verify and correct discrepancies in data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Organize and manage both digital and physical records of invoices, purchase orders, and client details.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to assist management in decision-making.

Support the sales and accounts team with administrative and documentation tasks.

Handle sensitive data and trade information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience: 6 months – 2 years

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Tally/ERP software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and organizational abilities

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
