We are hiring a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility is to enter and manage large volumes of data into our systems with accuracy and speed. You will ensure that information is up-to-date, complete, and maintained according to company standards.
Enter, update, and verify data in various systems and databases.
Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct as necessary.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Maintain records and files, both digital and physical.
Prepare source data for entry by compiling and sorting information.
Generate routine reports from data as required.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Follow data quality procedures and meet productivity targets.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail (40+ WPM preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry tools.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners.
Prior experience with CRM systems or database software.
Strong communication skills.
Basic knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality standards.
Office-based or hybrid, depending on company policy.
Regular business hours with occasional overtime during peak periods.
Requires extended periods of computer use.
