Backend Executive

Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive – Pest Control Services

Job Purpose:

To generate new business opportunities, grow revenue, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s business expansion through effective sales strategies in the pest control industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation

• Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, field visits, and online platforms.

• Generate appointments and conduct site surveys to assess pest control requirements.

• Convert inquiries into sales through effective presentation of services and pricing proposals.

Business Development

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial, industrial, residential, and government clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and potential market segments.

• Prepare business growth strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Client Consultation & Service Proposal

• Conduct property inspections and prepare pest assessment reports.

• Provide clients with customized service recommendations and quotations.

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals.

CRM, Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM or MIS systems.

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.

• Follow up for contract renewals, AMC agreements, and repeat service bookings.

Customer Relationship Management

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by coordinating with operations and service teams.

• Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

• Build long-term relationships to increase referrals and repeat business.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable pest control solutions.

• Knowledge of pest management services (Training will be provided if required).

• Relationship-building and networking ability.

• Target-driven mindset with a willingness to travel.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Experience in pest control, facility management, real estate, or service sales is an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Monthly revenue targets

• Number of new clients acquired

• AMC contract conversion ratio

• Lead follow-up and closure rate

• Client satisfaction and retention

Work Environment:

• Office-based

• Team collaboration with operations, admin, and management
