Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

•Provide support to operators as needed and ensure seamless

coordination.

• Call and coordinate with invigilators for exam duty.

• Ensure secure handling of question papers and answer sheets.

• Liaise with faculty, invigilators, and admin teams for smooth operations.

• Generate MIS reports and maintain compliance with exam guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey

job details to operators.

• Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

• Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using basic software for updating and tracking operators
