Qualification: Degree in Interior Design

✅ Required Skills

• 4 to 8 year of professional experience in interior design.

• Strong proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop.

• Prior experience in luxury residential buildings and hospitality projects.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Energetic, creative, and passionate about design accuracy.

• Strong aesthetic sense of materials, color, form, texture, and composition.

• Ability to lead and coordinate design teams while maintaining collaborative spirit.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts, detailed plans, and mood board presentations using latest design software.

• Conduct research on international design trends to ensure innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with clients, taking inputs and providing regular updates to ensure their satisfaction.

• Make regular follow-ups with vendors, consultants, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and data collection.

• Prepare specification sheets for orders and ensure all data accuracy.

• Coordinate with service consultants and the architecture team during design and execution phases.

• Share ideas with the design team to improve project execution.

• Work closely with 3D visualizers to assist in creating detailed 3D models with accurate panels.

• Conduct regular interactions with all project stakeholders to ensure smooth progress.

• Lead and manage the design team, ensuring teamwork, responsibility sharing, and team bonding.

• Take charge and mentor younger staff members at all stages of the project.
