Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision

Oversee day-to-day execution of work at project sites

Ensure construction/interior work is carried out as per approved architectural drawings

Maintain quality standards and site safety

Technical Coordination

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings is a must

Handle on-site queries from contractors, vendors, and workers in coordination with the architect

Ensure proper implementation of design details and instructions

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare progress reports after each site visit

Share daily/weekly updates with architect and management

Record site issues, delays, and material requirements

Vendor & Market Interaction

Coordinate with vendors for site requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2–5 years of site supervision experience (architecture/interiors projects preferred)

Strong ability to read and understand working drawings, layouts, and details

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory with strong experience)

Good communication and coordination skills

Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple sites
