About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and client-oriented Interior Designer – Sales & Business Development Executive to join a leading Interior Architecture & Design Studio. The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of interior design with business development expertise to drive client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate interior design solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions to showcase design services.
Coordinate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Represent the organization during client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or a related role.
Educational background in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, or related disciplines is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of the Delhi NCR market and customer landscape.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in selling interior design, architecture, construction, or real estate services.
Strong client-handling and consultative selling capabilities.
Understanding of design concepts, project execution, and customer requirements.
