We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect who can design innovative, functional, and visually appealing structures. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of architectural principles, materials, and industry standards.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings
• Prepare 2D & 3D designs, elevations, and walkthrough presentations
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with building codes, by-laws, and regulations
• Conduct site visits for project assessment and supervision
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation

🛠 Skills Required:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop
• Strong design and visualization skills
• Good communication & project management skills
• Knowledge of Vastu (optional)

🎓 Qualifications:
• B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized university
